With two active children who have two very different schedules, Amanda found an easy way to prepare a healthy breakfast every morning for them. On Sundays she whips up a rice flour pancake batter to keep in the fridge. With the batter already mixed, she only had to pour out enough for that morning’s pancakes to serve with Jennie-O turkey breakfast sausage.
