Emmi found out that a nearby church has a food pantry that accepts donations. She decided to put together a small donation for them. “When my kids get home from school, I give them a snack. Sometimes we make a peanut butter chocolate smoothie or eat an apple with peanut butter on the side. They know that there will always be food in our house and they don’t have to worry about being hungry.
