She turned her coupon savings into items she could use to have a bake sale so she could donate cash to the charity she chose. She knew that they could then take that cash and turn it into even more. Her charity can purchase about $8.00 worth of items for every $1.00 donated.

Theresa’s local food pantry isn’t open every day. In fact, it’s only open twice a month. So when she was holding on to her donation and waiting, she happened across a donation box set up by the Boy Scouts in her local supermarket. She changed her plan and decided that she would bring some joy to the boys who were trying to help their community as well.
