Kristin of Mama Luvs Books and her children recently donated dental packs to their local school district. They knew kids in their community would benefit from the kits so they dropped them off at the school district’s main office. “The kids were excited to make the packs for donations, as well as getting new toothbrushes for themselves!”
Michelle of Simplify Live Love donated to her local food pantry. Upon her arrival to make her donation, she found out they were in desperate need of oral care items. They only had one toothbrush on the shelves when she arrived.
“In all, we collected 5 packets of flossers, 12 packets of floss, 17 tubes of toothpaste, 10 single packs of toothbrushes, 4 double packs of toothbrushes, and one boy’s Spinbrush toothbrush. I was so happy to provide such important products for people who just need a little help right now.”

“My Tween was very proud taking the box to the reception desk and dropping it off; he was super excited to finally be able to help and do something of his own, usually he’s always too little or not old enough, but helping out and volunteering doesn’t have any rules, but is very rewarding in the end!”
Summer of A Mom Less Ordinary shares the excitement of her daughter to give back to the community. Teaching children how to give back is so important. Making an oral care kit for both a boy and a girl and then donating it taught her daughter the importance of giving.
“We’re going to be looking for other simple ways we can help do good in our community. For this service project, it was as simple as buying three and donating two, so I think we’re going to keep up the good work that way!”
