Lori needed a breakfast wake-up call from her frozen breakfasts. Cooking a hot breakfast for her daughter’s preschool was just the motivation she needed. She made bacon wrapped with crescent rolls along with turkey sausage and egg biscuit tops for 15 picky eaters. With two active children who have two very different schedules, Amanda found an easy way to prepare a healthy breakfast every morning for them. On Sundays she whips up a rice flour pancake batter to keep in the fridge. With the batter already mixed, she only had to pour out enough for that morning’s pancakes to serve with Jennie-O turkey breakfast sausage. Usually on playgroup days, Melissa’s daughter Hayley and her friends skipped breakfast and went straight to their planned activity. Melissa put together a breakfast casserole of eggs, whole wheat bread and Jennie-O bacon that even her picky eater Haley were sure to love.
