Youth Leadership Summit
Each fall, Champions for Kids gathers with Northwest Arkansas high school students, corporate teams, nonprofit leaders, and volunteers for a day of service learning. Students meet with representatives from local nonprofit organizations to learn about the issues affecting children in their communities, then design service projects to help local children thrive. After the event, student teams implement their service projects and report back to Champions for Kids for a chance to win a grant for their partner organization. Students from Lincoln High School performed this creative project for Lifesource International.
